Character is evaluated by four gauges:
1. Refusal vs. Complacency – With strong character you would refuse to accept anything less than your best effort. You should refuse to accept dishonesty and petty things
2. Decision vs. May be – Are you a kind of a person who takes a decision and put in to action
3. Want vs. Apathy – I want it real bad. I want it to so bad that I would go any limit to achieve it.
4. Promise vs. Fear – With strong character you will promise yourself that you will achieve your goal. There is no other option. Fear is thinking of all the ways you can’t achieve that goal of yours
