Advanced level 10 will teach you to form your resonant energy bubble. A bubble of energy, your higher energy that surrounds you. This bubble keeps unwanted negative energy out and allows you to directly affect your everyday life with your thoughts and emotions. For example, summon your bubble and encase it around your car to have a more pleasant drive with more green lights.

In the level 10 state you will find it so much easier to manifest that which you desire. You will find it effortless to enhance your state of mind, your wellbeing and raise your resonant vibratation. Within this state is the perfect time to state your affirmations to yourself. “I am wealthy now, I am healthy now, I am loved now, I am rich with love now, I am rich with energy now” and so on…

Resonant Energy Bubble

The resonant energy bubble or ‘Reb’ is a bubble of cosmic energy that you yourself can summon. This bubble is versatile and allows you to do many different things.

You create a flowing pattern with your breath by allowing energy to pour out of the top of your head like a fountain and flow down your body to re-enter you through the bottom of your feet.

Your Reb intensifies your own powerful energy and helps to create a state of high energy within and around you.

The Reb is a filter that only permits energy equal to or of a higher more refined vibration than your own. This is a personal shield against unwanted and negative energies. Your Reb acts as a magnet that attracts the guidance and influence from higher energy life such as spirit guides and interdimensional beings.

The more you build on your Reb, the more your physical body will be able to sustain higher and higher energy levels. Continue to build your strength and Level 10 can become a launching pad for which you can float or move into other energy states.

You can switch on and off your Reb much like a flashlight, the more often you practise it the more efficient you become.

To switch on your Reb you should be in Level 10 state, breath in a deep breath, hold it, imagine a glowing bright living sphere within you that holds the number 10 inside. As you exhale, release that sphere within you, let it flow out and around you with your breath. You should feel a shift in your resonant state when you do this.

—How to Enhance the Experience—

💠Do the exercises in a distraction free environment such as on your bed in your bedroom
💠Use headphones/earphones
💠Limit consumption of stimulants such as caffeinated beverages like coffee and energy drinks. These can limit the effectiveness of meditation.
💠Allow at least one hour after consuming food, the longer fasted you are the deeper you can go
💠Go to the bathroom beforehand, it’s best to not be interrupted
💠Dress comfortably
💠Lay down and be comfortable
💠Relax your entire body. As you delve deeper into meditation, feel every muscle and tendon on your body, every muscle in your face begin to relax.
💠Breathe deeply and comfortably
💠You may twitch or spasm uncontrollably. Do not be worried by this it is a natural response to meditation. This is trapped energies being released from your body.
💠If you feel an itch, scratch it right away and be done with it. You will quickly go back into your meditative state. Having a lasting itch that you do not scratch can keep you out of your meditative state.
💠It is a good idea to have a journal next to you to write down as soon as the exercise is over. When you meditate it is common for the brain to swap to a state of output, where it outputs information. While it is deep in this state, it will struggle to input information. This is the reason why you can’t remember many dreams you have. Your brain is outputting information, not inputting or storing it.
💠Do not attempt to forcefully control anything. Remain open minded and observe what you experience with all of your senses.
💠Repetition of exercises is advancement and growth. You grow stronger and learn more each time you use any of the exercises.
💠Listen at a comfortable volume. As your meditative state deepens your senses become sharper.
