Finding some common ground in which you can communicate with others for a meaningful conversation. Jim Rohn says that you should build a bridge of understanding with the other person so that you are able to convey you thoughts, feelings and emotions. Moreover, finding a common purpose on interest can also help to boost productivity, activity and business.
Attacking the Problem:
In dealing with a difficult situation where you have no way out, you should always attack the problem without attacking the person. Straight talk or advise if done in a right manner and a right way can be very helpful.
Solutions:
Be a person with ready solutions. In problem solving, you should be able to paint the past, present, and the future by way of your communication. You should be able to take the person back to past past where they have made errors of judgment and then bring them to the present to show them the now and opportunity. Afterwards you should use the gift of words to show the said person the promise of the future with their problems solved.
